Waitcher

Terms of use

Last updated 25 October 2026

Waitcher is provided by Sławomir Radzymiński. By creating an account you agree to these terms. Contact: [email protected].

Early service

Waitcher is an early, free service. Features, limits and the free tier may change. Checks run from a single location, and a passing check verifies its assertions only at that moment.

Acceptable use

We may pause monitors or suspend accounts that break these rules or put the service or others at risk.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you configure and the results it produces. You allow us to store and process it only to run the service. How we handle personal data is described in the privacy policy.

No warranty

The service is provided as is, without uptime or accuracy guarantees. Missed, late or wrong results and alerts can happen. Do not rely on Waitcher as your only safeguard for critical systems.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by missed or incorrect checks or alerts. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded.

Ending

You can delete your account at any time. We may end the service or an account with reasonable notice, except where immediate suspension is needed for security or abuse.

Law

These terms are governed by Polish law, without depriving consumers of protections under the law of their country.
